 • QuickBooks Data: The App accesses and processes data from your QuickBooks Online account, such as Invoices, Sales Receipts, Credit notes, Refund Receipts, Customers, and Company Information.
 • Jofotara Data: The App also requires data from your Jofotara account, such as user key, user secret, tax number, and income source number.

 • Log Data: We may collect information about your device, IP address, browser type, and usage patterns when you interact with the App.

 • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application.
 • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 • Waiver: The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

ACCEPTANCE
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
